Refunds
Try it first. 30 minutes of dictation costs nothing and is the same software you would be paying for — nothing locked, no watermark, no countdown in the corner.
Fourteen days
If you buy it and it does not work out, write within 14 days of buying and we refund it. You do not have to argue a case or send anything back. A sentence saying it was not for you is enough.
That covers any purchase, including a later one bought at the reduced price for people who already own a licence. Fourteen days from that purchase, on the same terms.
Where to write
To us, at [email protected], with the email you bought under or your order number. The refund is made by Polar, who took the payment, back to the card or account you paid with.
One thing we would rather do first
If the reason is a bug, a Mac we do not handle properly, or a model that will not download, tell us that instead and give us a chance to fix it. The refund stays available while we try — the offer is not a way of running out your fourteen days.
Where this does not apply
- A key that has been published or shared can be refused a refund, and revoked.
- Buying and refunding repeatedly on the same email address or card can be refused.
- None of this limits a statutory right of withdrawal your local consumer law gives you. That sits on top of this policy, not underneath it.
